At approximately 3:46 a.m. on May 17, police were dispatched to the report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined the female victim was inside her residence when she saw a shadow outside her window and subsequently observed the suspect allegedly looking inside. A lookout was broadcast, and responding officers located the suspect matching the description provided by the victim nearby. Curtis Moore, 44, of Arlington, Virginia, was charged with Peeping and Drunk in Public.
