At approximately 5:45 p.m. on October 4, police were dispatched to the report of suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, it was determined the male victim stopped his vehicle at a stop sign when the juvenile male suspect, who was with a group of 3 additional juveniles, brandished what was later determined to be a water bead gun and discharged projectiles. No injuries or property damage was reported. Additional officers located the juveniles walking in the area and following a brief foot pursuit, two were detained. A petition for Brandishing was obtained for the juvenile suspect and he was released to the custody of his parents.
