At approximately 5:57 p.m. on February 16, an evening patrol officer conducted a traffic stop after observing the suspect vehicle traveling on the shoulder with improper registration. During the Officers’ investigation, it was determined that the vehicle was not properly registered and officers recovered a loaded firearm in the vehicle. Jared Davis, 32, of Herndon, VA was arrested and charged with Carrying Concealed Weapon and Improper use of Plates/Registration.
