At approximately 9:28 p.m. on November 15, police were dispatched to the report of a brandishing. It was determined the female victim was exiting a parking garage in her vehicle when she honked at a vehicle blocking the exit. The driver of the vehicle exited, made threatening statements towards the victim and brandished what appeared to be a firearm. The victim then left the scene. No injuries were reported. The suspect is described as a Black male driving a black SUV. The investigation is ongoing.
