At approximately 6:11 p.m. on April 15, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect allegedly threw a rock, striking an occupied Arlington County firetruck traveling in the area. Responding officers located the male suspect on scene and attempted to take him into custody during which he was noncompliant. With the assistance of an additional responding officer, the suspect was subsequently taken into custody. During the course of the investigation, suspected narcotics were recovered. Colin Risher, 42, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Missile Into an Occupied Vehicle, Destruction of Property, Obstruction of Justice and Possession of Schedule I/II Controlled Substance.
