At approximately 2:44 p.m. on July 26, police were dispatched to the late report of a larceny. Upon arrival, it was determined the three male suspects allegedly made entry into a vacant apartment one to two months prior. Responding officers located the suspects inside the apartment and took them into custody. Andrew Diggers, 38, of No Fixed Address, Rodrigele Kelsey-Abolo, 28 of No Fixed Address and James Achille, 41, of No Fixed Address were banned from the property and arrested and charged with Unlawful Entry. During the course of the investigation, it was determined Mr. Achille stole merchandise from a business in the 900 block of Army Navy Drive the same day and an additional charge for Petit Larceny was obtained.
