At approximately 12:24 p.m. on August 13, police were dispatched to the report of disorderly conduct. Upon arrival, it was determined the female victim was walking outside when she observed the male suspect expose himself before fleeing the scene. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 50-60 years old with gray hair and a beard wearing a red shirt, dark-colored shorts and white sneakers. The investigation is ongoing.
