At approximately 10:30 a.m. on August 24, police were dispatched to the report of a check on welfare. Upon arrival, officers observed the suspect in the area exposing himself and took him into custody. During the course of the investigation, the suspect provided false personal identification information to officers and credit cards not belonging to the suspect were recovered. It was also determined that the suspect was wanted out of Fairfax County. Luis Alejandro Diaz Rodriguez, 28, of No Fixed Address was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure, Giving False Identity to Law Enforcement, Credit Card Theft and was served with the outstanding warrants.
