An Arlington resident reported a disturbing case of indecent exposure in a parking garage late Monday night. Police responded to the 3200 block of 24th Street S around 10:53 p.m. following a call about disorderly conduct.
According to reports, a witness inside the garage saw a male individual allegedly exposing himself. Officers arriving at the scene located a man matching the suspect’s description and took him into custody without incident.
Andrew Rose, 34, who has no fixed address, was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Public Intoxication. He is currently being held without bond.
