Arlington Police are investigating a late-reported robbery that occurred in the early morning hours of September 9. Officers were dispatched to the 5800 block of Washington Boulevard at around 1:29 a.m.
According to the victim, a conversation with an unknown male suspect escalated when the suspect struck him and demanded his clothing before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a Black male, standing approximately 5’10” to 6’0”, with dreadlocks, wearing a black top and blue jeans.
A police canvas of the surrounding area yielded no results, and the investigation is ongoing.
