A verbal altercation turned confrontational when a suspect threw a canned beverage at a vehicle occupied by a male victim. The incident occurred while the victim was inside his parked car. The suspect then fled on foot. No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a tall Black male wearing all black clothing. The investigation is still active.
