Police responding to a trespassing report discovered a woman inside a vacant apartment with evident property damage. During her arrest, suspected narcotics were recovered. Jennifer Maginnis, 32, of Woodbridge, VA, was taken into custody and charged with Burglary, Destruction of Property, Possession of Schedule I/II Controlled Substance, and Possession of Schedule III/IV/V/VI Controlled Substance. She is currently held without bond.
