A noise complaint led Arlington police to a group outside a residential building on 16th Street North, where they encountered individuals smoking marijuana in public. One suspect fled, leading officers on a foot pursuit.
He was apprehended in the 1500 block of N. Queen Street. During a search, police recovered a loaded firearm and magazine.
