An attempted robbery at a local business turned violent when a suspect went behind the counter and tried to steal food items. The situation escalated when the suspect shoved one employee and struck another who intervened.
The suspect fled the scene in a white SUV. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. Police describe the suspect as a Black male in his mid-to-late 20s wearing a multi-colored jacket. Authorities continue to investigate.
