A Washington, D.C. man was arrested May 21 following an unlawful entry investigation at a residential building in Arlington.
Police were dispatched to the 500 block of 15th Street South after receiving reports of a suspicious person allegedly removing items from a balcony. Officers arrived and located the suspect at the scene, taking him into custody without incident.
During the investigation, officers recovered credit cards, mail and other personal property that did not belong to the suspect.
Howard Campbell, 39, was charged with Unlawful Entry, Petit Larceny, Mail Theft and Credit Card Theft.
