Arlington County police arrested a local man in connection with multiple burglary-related incidents tied to a residence on South Frederick Street.
According to investigators, the incidents occurred on May 15 and May 16 when the suspect allegedly attempted to enter the victim’s secured residence on two separate occasions before fleeing when unsuccessful. Police also say that approximately six months earlier, the same suspect was observed entering the victim’s unlocked vehicle without permission while it was unoccupied.
Following the investigation, authorities identified the suspect and made an arrest.
Juan Pablo Covarrubias Beltran, 36, of Arlington, was charged with Burglary, two counts of Attempted Burglary, Entering a Vehicle and Larceny from Auto.
