A reported burglary call led to the arrest of an Arlington man on multiple charges on May 29.
According to police, a woman was inside her residence when she heard a noise and observed a man allegedly peering through a window. The suspect then reportedly attempted to enter the home through both a door and a window before fleeing the area.
Officers quickly broadcast a lookout for the suspect, and a responding officer located an individual matching the description nearby. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.
Jose Montero Santamaria, 49, of Arlington, was arrested and charged with Peeping, Attempted Burglary, and Public Intoxication.
