Police are searching for five suspects following a daytime robbery at a business on Langston Boulevard.
Officers responded shortly after 2 p.m. on June 5 after receiving reports of a robbery in progress. Investigators determined that five men forced entry into the secured business by breaking a glass window.
Once inside, the suspects allegedly damaged display cases and stole jewelry. Police said one suspect made threatening statements while brandishing what appeared to be a firearm, while a second suspect also displayed what appeared to be a gun.
The group fled the scene in a black sedan with the stolen merchandise. No injuries were reported.
The suspects were described as five Black males wearing dark clothing and face coverings. The investigation remains active.
