Police are investigating an unlawful entry after a resident reported seeing a juvenile female leaving a vacant home on Kemper Road.
An officer was flagged down regarding suspicious activity in the area. The victim told police he observed a young female exiting his vacant residence before fleeing on foot.
The suspect is described as a Black female between 16 and 18 years old, approximately 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a thin build. She was last seen wearing a gray shirt and black pants.
The investigation is ongoing.
