Police are investigating a burglary at a commercial property in the 3800 block of Fairfax Drive.
Authorities say a suspect entered the closed business but fled before officers arrived. Investigators reported that nothing inside the business was damaged or stolen.
The suspect is described as a Black male wearing dark pants and a face covering.
