Police received an online report on August 14 regarding the incident, which reportedly occurred at approximately 6:40 p.m. on August 7.
According to the report, the victim was in the area when they observed a male suspect expose himself.
The suspect was described as a thin-build White male who was wearing a tank top.
The investigation remains ongoing.
