Arlington police are investigating after a masked man allegedly threatened another man with what appeared to be a firearm in the 800 block of S. Frederick Street.
Police were dispatched at approximately 11:22 p.m. for a report of a suspicious person and determined the incident had occurred about an hour earlier.
The victim was outside when the suspect allegedly arrived in a vehicle, got out and brandished what appeared to be a firearm. As the victim walked away, the suspect allegedly returned to his vehicle and continued threatening him with the weapon.
The victim left the area, and no injuries were reported.
Police described the suspect as a Hispanic male approximately 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall who was wearing a green shirt, black pants and a black ski mask. The investigation remains ongoing.
