ARLINGTON, VA — A 37-year-old Arlington man was arrested after police responded to a report of a suspicious person along the 2500 block of Washington Boulevard.
Police said a woman was inside her residence when she observed a man allegedly peering inside. Officers broadcast a lookout for the suspect, and responding officers located an individual matching the description near the scene.
The man was taken into custody without incident. Police identified him as Jose Campos Rivera, 37, of Arlington. Rivera was charged with peeping.
