ARLINGTON, VA — A 41-year-old Arlington man was arrested after allegedly taking a woman’s cellphone and pushing her during a dispute inside a residence, according to police.
Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of N. Pierce Street at approximately 8:58 a.m. Police determined the incident had occurred approximately 20 minutes earlier.
According to the investigation, the woman and male suspect, who knew each other, were inside the residence when they became involved in a dispute. Police allege the man stole the woman’s cellphone and pushed her.
No injuries were reported.
Responding officers located the suspect inside the residence and took him into custody.
Luis Lopez Ramirez, 41, of Arlington, Virginia, was charged with robbery.
