An Arlington office building was the scene of a firearm-related incident Thursday evening after a gun discharged while being handled, leaving one man injured.
Arlington County Police responded to the 1200 block of South Clark Street at approximately 5:47 p.m. on October 16 following a report of a shooting.
According to investigators, a man was inside the office building handling a firearm when it discharged. The discharge caused injuries to the man that were determined to be non-life-threatening.
The injured individual transported himself to an area hospital for medical treatment.
