At approximately 1:41 a.m. on May 3, police were dispatched to the report of a fight. The preliminary investigation indicates multiple individuals were involved in a physical altercation outside a business. Officers located one of the involved suspects in the area and attempted to take him into custody, during which he was noncompliant and attempted to flee on foot. With the assistance of additional responding officers, the suspect was taken into custody. Two victims remained on scene and reported minor injuries. An officer also suffered minor injuries. No medical attention was required. George Pena, 26, of Woodbridge, Va. was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery, Obstruction of Justice and Public Intoxication. Additionally, Roberto Trujillo-Rivera, 25, of Woodbridge, Va. and Christian Suazo, 24, of Woodbridge, Va. were arrested and charged with Public intoxication. There are no descriptions of the remaining suspects. The investigation is ongoing.
