An assault by mob incident occurred Tuesday night along the 5500 block of Columbia Pike, prompting a police response after a suspicious 9-1-1 call.
According to Arlington Police, the male victim was outside when he became involved in a verbal dispute with another individual. During the altercation, two additional male suspects approached and physically assaulted the victim before fleeing the scene.
The victim sustained minor injuries and was treated on-site by medics before being released. Officers conducted a thorough search of the surrounding area, but the suspects were not located.
The suspects are described as juvenile Black males in their late teens, approximately 5’8” in height, and wearing all-black clothing. The investigation remains ongoing, and anyone with information is encouraged to contact Arlington Police.
