At approximately 4:35 p.m. on October 8, police were dispatched to the late report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined at approximately 11:00 p.m. on October 7, a witness observed the male suspect attempt to force entry into an apartment. The witness verbally confronted the suspect who subsequently fled the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a short Black male. The investigation is ongoing.
