At approximately 6:30 p.m. on March 27, police were dispatched to the late report of an assault. It was determined that the male and female victims were driving in their vehicle northbound on Richmond Highway when they became involved in a dispute with another female driver. When the victims began to make a right-turn at the intersection of Richmond Highway and 18th Street S., the suspect drove around their vehicle and blocked them before exiting her vehicle and spraying what appeared to be pepper spray. The suspect then reentered her vehicle and fled the scene. No injuries were reported. The suspect is described as a Black female in her 20’s, 5’04” tall with black hair. The investigation into the circumstances of the incident is ongoing.
