At approximately 1:25 p.m. on May 15, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined a witness observed the male suspect attempt to gain entry into a nearby residence. When confronted by the witness, the suspect ran, entered a red sedan and fled the scene. Responding officers conducted a canvass of the area for the suspect yielding negative results. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 30-40 years old, 150-180 pounds, wearing a green jacket, pink button-down shirt, black winter hat, black ski mask and black gloves. The investigation is ongoing.
