An armed confrontation in South Arlington led to the arrest of a man who allegedly brandished a box cutter and threatened another individual. The suspect reportedly chased the victim into a local business, where staff intervened, prompting the suspect to flee. Police located and arrested Kyle Kenion, 37, of Landover, MD, near the scene. A box cutter was recovered. Kenion now faces charges of Attempted Malicious Wounding and Assault and Battery.
