At approximately 9:22 p.m. on September 21, police were dispatched to the report of suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim exited a business when he observed a red SUV with three occupants driving in the parking lot, during which Suspect One brandished a firearm from the vehicle. The suspect vehicle then parked and Suspect Two exited the vehicle with the firearm and fled on foot before the vehicle drove away. The suspects are described as juvenile Black males. Officers canvassed the area for the suspects with negative results. The investigation is ongoing.
