At approximately 1:12 a.m. on June 2, police were dispatched to the report of an aggressive driver. Upon arrival, it was determined the male suspect and male victim were inside their vehicles when they became involved in a dispute during which the suspect allegedly reversed into the victim’s vehicle. The suspect then exited his vehicle and brandished what appeared to be a firearm before subsequently fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported. Responding officers canvassed the area and located the suspect in the area of 2nd Road N. and N. George Mason Drive and took him into custody. During the course of the investigation, a BB gun was recovered. Wrian Rojas Herrera, 30, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Brandishing and Hit and Run.
