At approximately 8:27 a.m. on March 25, police were dispatched to the report of suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, it was determined two female suspects forced entry into the vacant home and stole undetermined items before leaving the scene in a black sedan. During the course of the investigation, the suspect was identified and a warrant for her arrest was obtained. She was subsequently taken into custody by Fairfax County Police and transferred to the custody of Arlington County Police. Vivian Vann, 52, of Arlington, Va. was charged with Burglary and Unlawful Entry.
