A routine parking disagreement turned hostile when one party allegedly pulled a weapon during a heated exchange on Columbia Pike. Police were dispatched following reports of a suspicious individual with a firearm.
The victim informed officers that during the verbal altercation over parking, the suspect brandished a firearm before leaving the area. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’7” to 5’11” in height, and weighing between 180 and 200 pounds.
Authorities are actively investigating the incident.
