Arlington County police are investigating a reported sexual battery involving an employee at a business on South Hayes Street.
Police say the employee was in an employee-only area when a man approached and touched her inappropriately. The victim pushed the suspect away and left the area. No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male in his 30s or 40s with facial hair, standing approximately 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, and black-and-white shoes.
The investigation is ongoing.
