Four Juveniles Charged After Rideshare Driver Robbed on S. Eads Street

Location: 1300 block of S. Eads Street, Arlington VA

Four juvenile suspects are facing multiple charges after an alleged robbery involving a rideshare driver in Arlington.

Police say the adult male victim was operating as a rideshare driver when four teenage male passengers began assaulting him following a verbal dispute. During the incident, the suspects stole a phone charger before fleeing on foot.

The victim suffered minor injuries and declined medical treatment.

Responding officers located four individuals matching the suspects’ descriptions near South Eads Street and Army Navy Drive and took them into custody.

Authorities obtained petitions charging all four juveniles with Robbery, Assault by Mob, and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony. One of the suspects also faces an additional charge of Wearing a Mask in Public.
