Police responded to reports of a disturbance early April 26 that escalated into a firearm discharge. Authorities say a suspect entered a secured parking lot and fired a weapon, causing property damage.
No injuries were reported. Officers arrested Raiford Blackwell, 33, at the scene and recovered a firearm. He faces multiple charges, including discharging a firearm in public and public intoxication.
