At approximately 4:14 a.m. on February 18, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was outside when she observed the male suspect exposing himself. The victim yelled, and the suspect subsequently fled the scene on foot. Responding officers canvassed the area for the suspect, yielding negative results. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 6’0” —6’1”, wearing a ski mask and dark clothing. The investigation is ongoing.
