At approximately 12:46 p.m. on August 11, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the adult female victim and juvenile female victim were walking out of a business when they were approached by the male suspect who then allegedly exposed himself and made inappropriate statements. The victims then ran from the scene and called police. A lookout was broadcast, and a responding officer located the suspect nearby and detained him without incident. Mark Allen, 50, of No Fixed Address was arrested and charged with Indecent Liberties with Child, Indecent Exposure (3+ Offense in 10 Years) and Drunk in Public. He was held without bond.
