At approximately 12:57 a.m. on November 27, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined the female victim observed the male suspect allegedly expose himself inside a residential building. Responding officers located the suspect on scene and detained him without incident. The victim reported to the Office of the Magistrate, completed a criminal complaint and a warrant was obtained for the suspect. Stephen Lee, 67, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure.
