At approximately 1:57 a.m. on January 18, police were dispatched to the report of a sex offense. Upon arrival, it was determined the male victim observed the male suspect inside the stairwell of a residential building allegedly exposing himself. Responding officers canvassed the area for the suspect and located him at a business the 4900 block of Columbia Pike and took him into custody. Latravian Hayes, 29, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure. He was held without bond.
