At approximately 9:46 p.m. on September 7, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure. The preliminary investigation indicates the female victim was walking in the area when they male suspect allegedly exposed himself. The suspect then threatened to harm a second victim walking in the area. Responding officers located the suspect on scene and took him into custody. Marlon Young, 49, of Arlington, VA was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure, Assault & Battery and Drunk in Public.
