At approximately 1:26 a.m. on July 24, an officer observed the male suspect in the area exposing himself. The officer confronted the suspect and subsequently detained him. During the course of the investigation, it was determined the suspect had previously exposed himself on July 20 and additional warrants were obtained for the prior incident. Robert Blair, 76, of No Fixed Address was issued summonses for Indecent Exposure (x2) and Public Masturbation (x2) and was released from the scene.
