Police responded to a call for disorderly conduct late in the evening on September 9 after a witness reported observing a man exposing himself inside a parking garage. Upon arrival, officers located a suspect matching the description provided by the witness and took him into custody at the scene.
Andrew Rose, 34, who has no fixed address, was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure and Public Intoxication. He is currently being held without bond.
