Police responded to a report of trespassing at a business along Wilson Boulevard and discovered that a male suspect had allegedly entered the establishment, exposed himself, and fled on foot. Responding officers broadcast a lookout and quickly located a man matching the suspect’s description near N. Glebe Road and N. Randolph Street.
Further investigation revealed the suspect had previously been banned from the premises. Kevin Banks, 46, of No Fixed Address, was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure, Trespassing, and Public Intoxication. He is being held without bond.
