Arlington County Police are investigating a late report of indecent exposure that allegedly occurred in the hallway of a residential building. According to the online report filed on October 11, a male suspect exposed himself in the hallway several days earlier, on October 8.
The suspect is described as a Black male wearing grey sweatpants, black socks, a black jacket, brown shoes, and a blue backpack.
The investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
