A juvenile was robbed by a group of teens on a soccer field near HB Woodlawn in what police say involved a weapon.
The victim reported being approached by three juvenile males, one of whom he knew. One of the suspects displayed what appeared to be a firearm during the encounter.
The group stole the victim’s backpack and clothing before running away on foot. No injuries were reported.
The victim fled the area and later contacted police. Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
