At approximately 5:44 a.m. on August 3, police were dispatched to the report of destruction of property. The investigation determined that during the overnight hours, the suspect forced entry into approximately seven vehicles in a parking garage by smashing the windows and made entry into an eighth vehicle. The vehicles were rummaged through and personal property, including electronics and cash, were reported stolen from five of the vehicles. The victim vehicles vary in make and model. The suspect is described as a white male wearing a black face covering, gray shirt, dark gray sweatpants carrying a backpack. The investigation is ongoing.
