At approximately 3:17 a.m. on May 13, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, officers located three vehicles with their rear driver-side windows smashed, and the interiors rummaged through. Coins were reported stolen from one of the vehicles, all described as Toyotas. A short time later, officers canvassing the area of the 1700 block of N. Troy Street and 1900 block of N. Rhodes Street located two victim vehicles that were rummaged through and determined a third vehicle was stolen. The stolen vehicle is described as a blue 2015 Hyundai Sonata with Virginia tag TLD9711. There is no suspect description(s). The investigation is ongoing.
